APSWin Software Support Terms

Toll-free Off-Site-Support (OSS) for 60 days is included with a new purchase or upgrade from a prior APS version. After 60 days, annual support agreements are available and include toll-free OSS from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., CST/CDT Monday through Friday (except holidays).

If the user is experiencing a problem that prevents use of the system, ACS will make every effort to correct the problem and express deliver a correction within 48 hours. If the customer has access to e-mail, corrections can often be delivered sooner. If the user reports a problem that is minor in consequence and does not affect the user's ongoing operation, ACS will correct the problem as soon as possible.

OSS customers are entitled to all enhancements made to the covered module(s) during the service period and any problem corrections reported by other users during the period for which the support agreement is in effect.
